MRAA may use submitted records, public-facing numbers, distributor reports, platform analytics, streaming information, radio activity, video activity, social-media information, metadata, performance-rights documentation, and other credible supporting materials.
MRAA determines which activities qualify, how different activity is evaluated, and whether the evidence supports a certification level.
One payment covers one request, one qualifying submission, the complete standard review, the highest supported level, one certified number, one digital record, and one public listing when approved. Applicants are not charged separately for lower confirmed thresholds.

$210.00 for an eligible active member or $270.00 through the Non-Member Certification Bypass.
Submit platform reports, distributor statements, analytics, metadata, public links, and other credible records.
MRAA checks completeness, eligibility, duplicate claims, inconsistencies, and missing documentation.
MRAA compares submitted information with available records, public numbers, platform information, and metadata.
MRAA may approve, approve at a different level, request information, hold, deny, or close a request.
Approved records receive a certified number, digital certification, public verification, and MRAA Framer Fulfillment Sheet.
Payment does not guarantee approval or a particular level. Every request remains subject to eligibility review, documentation requirements, data authentication, fraud and accuracy screening, MRAA standards, and final approval.
MRAA may request more documentation and may deny, suspend, correct, downgrade, revoke, or remove a certification when information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, materially incomplete, or inconsistent with MRAA standards.
When available, expedited review adds $100.00 and moves an eligible request to a priority queue. It does not reduce evidence requirements, guarantee approval, guarantee a level, prevent information requests, or include physical-award production.
Certification fees do not include physical plaques, framed awards, custom designs, engraving, premium materials, replicas or duplicate awards, packaging, shipping, insurance, taxes, third-party fulfillment expenses, rush production, or international customs charges.
Physical awards may be ordered from an MRAA preferred framer or authorized award provider only after certification approval. The provider establishes its own pricing, production schedule, shipping policies, design requirements, and payment terms. MRAA certifies the achievement; the provider produces the optional physical display.
1 Individual memberships are designed for one person and typically involve a smaller number of titles or certification requests.
2 Business memberships are intended for higher-volume applicants such as record labels, management teams, and management companies representing multiple people and larger catalogs.
